Full-Time Maintenance Technician Needed

TPU Rentals is hiring a full-time maintenance technician. Duties include but are not limited to: plumbing work, painting/sheet rock repair, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system maintenance, grounds & property upkeep, responding to service requests from tennants, identifying problems and making repairs, getting vacant units ready for the next tennant, etc.
